Terms of Service
1. Parties
These Terms govern the relationship between everesttranslate (5 Calle Demetrio Nalda, 02006 Albacete, Castilla-La Mancha, Spain) and any client purchasing a service. By completing an order you accept these Terms in full.
2. Services
everesttranslate provides professional translation services including sworn translation, business and legal translation, literary translation, multilingual SEO content, audiovisual translation, and language strategy consulting. All services are delivered digitally.
3. Sworn translation
Sworn translations carry the official stamp and signature of a MAEC-registered sworn interpreter. everesttranslate is registered for English, French and Portuguese. Acceptance by any specific authority cannot be guaranteed, though our documents have been accepted by the UK Home Office, Spanish courts and EU bodies.
4. Payment
All prices are in EUR. Payment is processed through Stripe. An order is confirmed upon successful payment. Work begins only after payment is received and the kickoff confirmation is completed.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines are as specified per plan. The Estudio plan: 5 days. Expedicion: 10 days. Cumbre: 20 days. Timelines begin from the project kickoff confirmation, not from payment date.
6. Intellectual property
Full rights to all translated materials transfer to the client upon complete payment. everesttranslate retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio in general terms unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Albacete, Spain.
