Delivery Policy
1. Digital delivery
All everesttranslate services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are dispatched. Translations are delivered as PDF, DOCX, TXT or other agreed formats by email to the address provided at checkout.
2. Delivery timelines
Estudio plan: 5 working days from kickoff confirmation. Expedicion plan: 10 working days. Cumbre plan: 20 working days. Rush add-on: 24 hours from kickoff confirmation (business days only). Timelines start from the kickoff confirmation call date, not from payment date.
3. Sworn translations
Sworn translations are delivered as signed PDF with the official interpreter stamp. Physical wet-stamp copies can be arranged at additional cost and are delivered by certified mail. Timelines for physical copies are quoted separately.
4. Post-delivery
A 7-day correction period follows each delivery. Corrections to the delivered files at no additional cost. This does not cover new scope or material changes to the source text.
5. Project start
After payment, we contact you within 1 business day to schedule a kickoff confirmation. The delivery clock starts from the kickoff date, not from payment.
