Refund Policy
1. Before work begins
Full refund is available if you cancel within 48 hours of payment and before the kickoff confirmation has taken place. Email hello@everesttranslate.com with your order reference.
2. After kickoff, before delivery
Partial refund may be available proportional to work not yet completed. A written summary of work completed is provided before calculating the refund amount.
3. After delivery
A 7-day correction period follows delivery. Material errors deviating from the agreed brief are corrected at no cost. Once corrections are made and accepted, refunds are not available for delivered digital services.
4. Sworn translation
Sworn translations are non-refundable after the official stamp is applied, as the certified document represents a completed legal act. Corrections to the translation itself remain subject to the standard 7-day correction policy.
5. Process
Email hello@everesttranslate.com with your order reference and reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 5 to 10 business days.
